Cheyenne Coppercraft Koi Pond Fountains

Custom designed and built freestanding fountains for your back yard Koi pond. Turn the outside “fishbowl” into a conversation piece while aerating the water. Copper fountains can be made to fit the size and depth of your pond or insert. If you have a larger pond over five feet deep, a moored free-floating fountain can reduce algae build-up, aerate the water for fish, and provide a gentle soothing sound. All fountains and fountainheads can be made to incorporate low-voltage lighting. Copper has a natural anti-bacterial resistance to algae. The “green” that develops is an oxide of copper and deepens as it ages. No additional chemicals should be added to a copper fountain. It will keep itself free of plant growth as long as it runs. If the red and black flame released colors are desired to stay bright, annually clean your copper with clear water, and then go over it with rubbing alcohol. After it has been cleaned this way, spray it with several coats of clear-coat polyurethane spray.
